A: Yes, all orders and downloads can be purchased on our Stress To Serenity™ website or on our social media pages.

A3: You will be notified when your products are dispatched and with your delivery courier. All wellbeing products are shipped royal mail second class and for downloads, it is immediately upon receipt of payment.

A4: All wellbeing products are despatched directly from Oleo, and are packaged using recycled bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

A: All details are secure using a protected server, no card details will be saved without customer permission.

A: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it.
Q: What type of returns do you accept?
A: We accept returns on faulty physical products. Unfortunately we cannot refund digital downloads so please read the t&cs before purchases.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once the product has returned to our care please allow 3-5 working days for a refund.
Q: What do you do with my data?
A: We can assure you that no payment details are stored on our system, and your data is used only by ourselves to process orders and to update you via newsletters and emails.
